I had an accident with my vehicle on the 02/02/2013 until now I am still waiting from them and my insurer which is Affinity insurance, I have called numerous of times to them and with loads of emails to Razeena at one call they have failed to help and solve my problem one call have also to me saying that my vehicle will be returned to me I have gone legal with this matter and all parties involved will be uncovered in their disgusting business ethics.
Please people be warned and cancel all policies with these terrible people that are only in it for themselves.
