DELAY IN SERVICE OF A WRITTEN OFF VEHICLE

Hello Peter!!
My name is Mpho, I am an Employee of Old Mutual Finance, I recently bought a Hyundai I20 motion and Insured it with Affinity Underwriters..On the 17 August 2013 my vehicle was Hijacked at gunpoint..Hijackers got away with my Vehicle and It was later recovered by tracker and at that time the vehicle was damaged..As normal, I opened a Hijack case with SAPS, I then after logged a claim with my Insurance company (Affinity) on the 19th August 2013..

Affinity started saying my insurance was up for cancellation I could not claim, then it was reinstated..It was another process again getting a courtesy car, I had to pay certain fees for that..Now my vehicle has been declared a write off since it was assesed, but no progress since then. I always have to phone and make follow ups as to what the progress is..I am frustrated at the moment and this is brand damaging in this world of competition..
I don't know what more steps I should take to speed up the matter, the insurance has already taken my vehicle since it has been declared a write off but there hasn't been progress, they keep telling me my case is delt with by management..
