Account Closing

On the 22nd of October 2013 I requested that my account be closed to the Premier banker as she mentioned that she will be able to close it by just sending an email even today my account is not closed and it had incured lots of charges which amount to R1118. Now who suppose to pay this charges?

FNB must stop playing games and putting charges on my account which was in order on the 22 when I requested for the account to be closed.

I have of proof of communication with the Premier Banker who said she will close the account but it is still active and they even sending me letters saying my account is overdrawn.

I will not pay for charges that I not liable for, they even claim that you have free deposits over the ATM and their charges for just 4 deposit amount to R547, this is a real rip off. We cannot be working for the banks.
