Very Unhappy customer - New account

Good day,

Yesterday I opened a cheuqe account online with FNB, having been a client in the past I thougt it a good Idea. I received a email stating my account is open and that I should change my salary, debit orders and deposit a minimum of R100 to ACTIVATE my account, so this morning i transferred R14100 into my new account, I tried to add a beneficiery to pay my rent for the month and it says there is a hold. I phoned the call cenre where I was informed that it will take 7 working days for the courier to come with my card and get my docs to realese the hold by then I will be evicted. I was told I can go the branch with my docs... I can't I don't have transport hence opening my account online. Nowhere in the mail did it state that there will be a hold on the account untill the doc's are received. and you HAVE MY DOCS - I have had a cheque account before where I gave my documents to you!! Please help me!! This is really bad service at least you could warn people. I don't have a cent in cash all my money is now frozen in this new yet useless account. I don't have transport to get to a branch and I can't get off work till Saturday by then it is too late to pay my rent!!
