I have a serious problem with capitec, my money was withdraw from my bank in pta while i stay in limpopo and i had the card with me. R1850 was withdrawin from the ABSA atm sunnypark in pretoria.i went to capitec Savannah to lodge a complain and they opened a case for me later a week later i received an sms saying unfortunately my clam was investigated and declined.
1.i want to know how the investigation is done
2.i want capitec to refund my money before i take them to my lawyers
3.i want proof of the investigation
this is just a way of people of their money, i demand a good explaination regarding this matter as soon as possible
