EXTREMLY POOR SERVICE

MY HUSBAND CARD WAS TAKEN AND ALL THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM HIS ACC. THIS HAPPEN AT BERTRAM SPAR. WHILE I WAS TRYING TO CANCEL THE CARD FROM SPAR PHONE THEY WITHDRAW THE MONEY OUT OF THE ACC AT THE GARAGE JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM SPAR. I FEEL IF I DID NOT HAVE TO HOLD ON SO LONG AND LISTEN TO THEIR PROMP AND HAVING TO DIAL 1/2 THEY WOULD NOT HAVE DRAWN THE MONEY OUT. I WAS TOLD TO GET A ITEMIZED BILL FROM SPAR. UNFORTUNALTELY SPAR PHONES ARE NOT ITEMISED BUT THE MANAGER THAT WAS ON DUTY GAVE ME LETTER STATING WHAT HE SAW WHAT HAPPENNED AND THAT IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME THERE. THEY HAVE ASKED STD TO SECURE THE ATM BUT UP TO NOW THEY HAVE NOT. STD BANK DONT SEEM TO LISTEN AS I HAVE ASKED THEM TO LISTEN TO THE REC ME ASKING WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO ANS. ON THE 26/11/13 WHEN I WAS TOLD WE WILL NOT GET THE MONEY BACK AGAIN I WAS HOLDING ON FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEY ANS MY CALL.PLS TELL ME WHO IS AT FAULT IF THEY DONT ANSWER QUICK ENOUGH. THAT MONEY WAS MY HUSBAND MEDICAL BILL MONEY. THANK YOU STD BANK FOR NOT CARING U ALL OK!!! ALL CALL WILL BE RECORDED FOR QUALITY PURPOSE!!! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT QUALITY???
