Gerald Moodley gave me excellent call centre service after requesting a quotation over the internet, Dial Direct called me back in seconds. Not only is my premium almost R200 cheaper each month (for the same cover, ) he also made me laugh and I did not feel like "just another client". The service is excellent!!! Well done!!! Good service does not exist in SA anymore.
