We bought a new car - we got insurance through Discovery. Firstly they just neglected to mention an interim payment. So I get a mail saying that i haven't paid. I query the matter and they tell me they will double debit. They confirm in writing the date of the debit. Now i get a mail saying that the policy on the vehicle has lapsed. We have had the "tracker" in the car for exactly a week. Also when they offer you "free tracker" be aware - it is not an emergency response system. If you are highjacked you need to login to the website to tell them you are in danger. This is not good enough
