I installed a tracker in my vehicle April 2012, between Budget Insurance and Tracker in the past 9 months have been a living nightmare! Firstly Budget failed to pay tracker for the device, after Budget acknowledged my tracker certificate! Six months down the line someone at Tracker finally decides to actually do the work they get paid for and all of a sudden want to debit my account = R1000 odd! Not once in 6 months was I contacted to be made aware of the budget not paying for tracker directly. I have lodged numerous queries with tracker and the service delivery from your consultants are really appalling! Firstly they all use the same program yet every single time I phone in I get told a different story regarding my account! I have to keep contacting Tracker to find out why my account has been debited incorrectly or why the account was not even debited at all!

I truly do wish I never took this device due to the lack of service and appalling service from Tracker!
I find it so strange that I contact your service center to update my new insurance company details and ensure the date of the debit order and banking details, yet Jan 2014 has not been debited to date! Pathetic
