I had an accident on the 10th of June 2013- phone discovery insurance they came and towed the car and gave me a courtesy car. On the 12 th they told me the policy was cancelled since the end of april. At the end of april i only cancel my one vehicle as i sold that one, but the whole policy was cancelled according to them. My car is at the pound and ihave to pay now to get it out. What i dnt understand is when we called the day of the accident why didnt they tell me then. W@we paid the premuim for the car that was in the accident end of april. The premium for end of may went of on the 25th but my husband get paid on the last friday of the month. We ask them several times to change the date but that wasnt done. We even ask them to do a force debit that also wasnt done... first the policy was canceled end of april now theh telling us it lapsed yesterday 12 june when force debit requested before that date. We had a grace period of 15 days from the 28 of may as per a mail that was send through to me.
