Pathetic service from incompetent Staff

Simple and cost free, thats what i was advised by Lerato. All that needed to be done was to put my wife's name on the bond bond as we were married in ANC, then apply for the further bond. 6 Months and R20k later, we were told by the lawyers that the instructions given to them by ABSA were incorrect. In the 6 months trying to deal with Lerato was a complete and utter waste, the appointed lawyers gave up on him returning calls or responding to emails, as was i.

Now we were told that the deeds office needs more documents and have declined this as it was the wrong documentation that was handed in. From being cost free as per Lerato, its now an additional R32K on top because staff are either not trained properly or are basically just awful at what they do.

I know realise why people switch from ABSA to other banks
