How can we frustrate you

After four months of queries regarding a re-advance I am told that because I am married Out Of Community of Property (ANC) I can not stand security or be a co-dependant for my wife (of 31 years). The policy has recently changed yet my bond was registered before the change in policy. I have spoken to numerous FNB staff who delayed me and frustrated me and eventually after four months all has led to nothing. So now I must move my bond to Absa or Nedbank who are quite willing to accommodate me but it will cost R 12 000 for the move. Perhaps it is for the best as FNB staff are really not competent, caring or trained in how to deal with queries or even how to complete forms. They do not know their own policies or even know that it is our interest and fees that keep them in their jobs. Nor do they know how to return calls. So select one, two, three or four and wait to be frustrated. Speak to Penelope (Penoloap), Gcina, Thando, Nongwazo, . -How can we frustrate you???
