I am now up to boiling point with Standard bank!! it has been a month exact i have no feed back as to where my money is and whats going on!!! i have called Standard bank COUNTLESS times i have logged a complaint ans was given a claim reference number 2013032300131 I am now sick and tired of waiting after i was notified that money was withdrawn from my account on the 16 March 2013 at Centurion Malll at 22:00pm when i reported the case they said they would contact me after 10days, after 10 days no repsonse, so i went to the Centurion Branch the Head office they couldnt help me. i called the call center again theysaid that this was not fraudbut a system error, but how come money was taken out my account and why didnt they fix the eror. they couldnt answer this. so visited the branch again a consultant helped get through to the department, they said the money was withdrawnon the 1 st January 2013 butonly reflected on 16 March 2013, how is this possible? in January i was in PE and the statemnt reflect R600 was withdrawn in Centurion Mall. and how come in my statment there is no transaction on the 1st January that reflect R600. there are loop holes in the stories.
