Cancellation of insurance

I phoned miway about 2 months ago to cancel my insurance because i was retrenced. I spoke to a lady and i was put throw to a supervisor that offered me a cheaper insurance, that i refused because i can afford it. Long story short i left messages no one phone you back and money still get deducted every month. they quick to answer the phone wehen you want insurance but when you cancel, theres no service. My money must be paid back for the last 2 months they have deducted unlawfully.
