Miway policy was cancelled in March! I have just received my bank statement from June and further deduction of R724.26 was deducted from my account on 01/06/2013.
In May - R213.31 was deducted.
This reflects an amount of R937.57 that has been unlawfully deducted from my account since my letter of cancellation.
This is completely unacceptable. I get NO response. I am placed on hold every time I call. And once I get through I still get nowhere, even when I am transferred to a "Superior". Still waiting to be refunded.
I will NEVER deal with MiWay ever in future!!
