VERY Poor claims handling and no feedback

A claim was submitted on 17th August 2012 for a structural crack that appeared in the parapet wall of our house.
In spite of regular follow up every 2 weeks we received no feedback. Only on the 12th April 2013 (8 Months) later were we informed that the claim had been declined.
On the 12th April 2013 and again on the 19th April a letter was faxed to the Managing Director Mr. Gari Dombo, and we are still awaiting a reply from him.
If this is the service one gets from the TOP then its no wonder there are so many complaints about service.
We have been with Alexander Forbes for 12 years and perhaps they are sending us a message that its time to take our business elsewear!!!
