Refused to let me speak to superviso

Good Day

I have recently changed jobs and I sent emails to all my credit providers informing them of the change
in my salary day to the last day of the month. FNB did not reply to my request - I was robbed over the Easter
weekend and I am trying to recover. Today I called FNB to request that they help me and return my installment
for this month (which they took early) and deduct it on the last day of this month. The left me with no money. I spoke to Prudence explained to her that I have a problem, my email was not attended to and I need help. She said I should speak to collections (I am not in arrears with this account). I asked for the supervisor because still I need help. She said the supervisor could not help me. So I said I am asking for the supervisor and you refuse to let me speak to him/her and again she said I must contact collections. There was no ref for the call either. I work in a callcentre and I am unable to take calls during the day.
