I called to get an insurance quote for my home and car. I went through my home questions, then the car. After about 40 minutes (at which point I've received my quotes and gave him my bank details) He said there are just a couple of more questions. He repeated the same questions he asked me in the begging, and after 5 minutes he told me the system cant insure me because I don't have burglar bars in my home.
My question is, why if this is important, did he not know this upfront? He could have saved me 40 minutes. He asked this questions upfront. If he knew his stuff then he could have raised a flag. I also asked him what the difference is between Market and retail value. All he could tell me was the one is more expensive. Nothing else.
He didn't know. Please train your staff properly. He was utterly unprofessional.
