Contract changed, Supervisors never return calls

Mon 11/2, I have no reception! I tried making a call and said please call your service provider, which I did, then a voice message says " please go rica"! I then do my duty and go Rica the next day (tues) was then told it would take 15mins, it took longer! When this finally happened I tried to make another call, then was told I have insuff funds..for an open Contract? Went into the store again (wed) and was told " I change my contract to DATA CONTRACT"! called 808, spoke to Mpo, she confirmed that SHANE vd Walt CHANGED MY CONTRACT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OR CONSENT. I asked to speak to him, but his only avail via e-mail. The supervisor Ronalle was too busy to speak and was going to call me, which she's still doing! Thurs I e-mailed Shane & Ronalle, no reply.spoke to Olga (Fri) who's supervisor is Thandi, i explained again, she's still returning my call, then Kopano called me @ 8pm the evening, who's still returning the call. Monday 18/2 I spoke to Sbongile who said it had been changed, but I still had no service, so I sent all the details to the lawyer to take over. Wed 20th spoke to Simpiwe, he said it will be back to norm anytime soon.lawyers sent a letter, i hv service from Sat! what happens now?
