I have a personal loan with FNB. The contract signed for the debit order to be collected after my pay date of the 25th. However, every month FNB deducts the amount before my salary is in my account. on Fri, 22 Feb on calling the call centre 0860112244, to enquire on the matter, I spoke to Natalie, who was unattentative, eventually replying that she cannot assist, but cut me off. again i dial, going thru to Didntle, who advised me to speak to collections. Tulisile in collections, says there is nothing that can be done, FNB did not act illegally be debiting my account earlier. i have asked to speak to a supervisor / manager - i have been on hold for almost 5 minutes now. No response whatsoever. FNB service delivery stinks!!! how can you help me - I think not. Gonna move my account.
