No responses on investigation
After being a victim of I went through a long process of trying to recover the funds. I had filled in all the appropriate documents and waiting the respective turn around times.Endless phone calls and arguments I came to find out that the consultant that help me failed to send through my claim. After a month of being redirected, transferred to people who know nothing about the services they provide, no investigation was even opened. I am deeply disappointed in the bad service and lack of product knowledge. I sat three hours sorting out this whole situation and having the consultant confirm that she sent and that they received the document and yet still waiting for feedback.
