SARS INVESTIGATION

Yesterday when I tried to transfer funds from my cheque account number 62401274882 I was shocked to see a negative balance of -2003. According to my knowledge my balance should be R13000. I called your telephone banking and was informed that the money was under SARS investigation. I then asked for time off from work to go to a SARS branch to investigate what this was all about. SARS then informed me that they would never give me a refund and withhold the money without informing me. I then went to FNB Industria and the lady at enquiries said she didn't know where my money went. She then requested that I see a consultant. Bare in mind the que that I had joined at SARS only to be told to go and investigate at my bank because there is a possibility that the bank could be conducting their own investigation PLUS the que at enquiries plus having to wait for a consultant to see me. Besides being treated like a criminal I have now received an sms from fnb claiming that my account is in excess and FNB may dishonour.. I have no idea when is your investigation going to be finalised. I have to buy bread f
