All round pathetic

After opening a paypal account i was told that i could either deposit funds or draw down funds through FNB (Who i don't bank with) i was told i don't have to bank with FNB to create an online profile and transact.
Well firstly the online form is incorrect as the only way to confirm details is to know which details to leave out and after 50 times of trying i called the call center who told me what to leave out!!
Then FICA - 2 hours in a Que and am told i have to open an account with FNB in order to use paypal, after arguing this with the consultant and the manager and 5 calls i was proven right and then i handed in my FICA documents that once again i was told was incorrect and after waiting 45 min i was told they are actually correct.
so all done right?... no i go online to link my PP account and keep getting an error about OTP not linked i then call the number and am told i have to go into the branch again for them to change things!!! another 2 hours of my time

Maybe FNB should concentrate on customer service and banking or better their knowledge of products / services they offer rather that selling ipads etc.
