On the 6th Dec I puchased 7 products from Gourpon. To date I have not recieved the goods or had correct feedback - even after 2 telephone calls filled with promises, as well as online requests from them.
The one product specifications was changed - we were not given the option to cancel - and was incorrectly advertised. They simply say i must wait! Looks like I will be waiting for ever.
How difficult is it to find out where my order is and how long it will take for delivery? After been transfered from consultant to consultant and eventually a supervisor - no one has yet actually given me any answers or gotten back to me - even when they promised me a turn around time!
Disgusting service - unhelpful staff - AND STILL NO PRODUCT!
