Bad Attitude, Unacceptable from Ntombi

I was involved in an accident in Zim and had to make arrangements to get my car across the border. The road assistant from the SA side was superb. However after having been informed that my claim was to be closed and had to take care of my bills and repairs, I came to a conclusion than after a clean record of paying for 4 years without claiming it was not worthwhile having the insurance. I then decided to cancel my policy and this is when i got an attitude, I was told that i was making noise and did not listen. The girl named Ntombi had such a bad attitude, it was not acceptable. These people enjoy your moneis and when it is time to pay out, you given reasons for them not to pay. The staff all of a sudden change from being friendly and become nasty.

I think this kind of behaviour is not acceptable especially after all these years of being a very loyal and reliable client!!!
