I have been trying to contact Wonga for almost a month now as I changed my address and bank account and wanted to settle my Wonga Account. I have phoned the call center on several occasions and have received a recorded message to leave my phone number and someone will call me back. This did eventually happen after about 6 attempts on my part and I made an arrangement to do an e f t to them. As soon as I completed that call I did the e f t. This took place on 17 April. Today (23 April) I have received 2 text messages to pay or be faced with black listing.
Who are we dealing with???
