I have never in my life experienced such attitude from a consultant...
I called into Chubb earlier this morning, and was transferred to the accounts department for the Gauteng Johannesburg region. Got through to Ntombi, and even her greeting was with attitude.
I'm a very sweet and quiet person. I don't like fighting or arguing or screaming at anyone. Ntombi gave me so much attitude, that I just couldn't bear it anymore, and I asked her politely: "why are you giving me such attitude". Her response was: "Yes, I'm giving you attitude because I can!! (I am not making this up, please listen to the call at around 9:25 from the number 0126421581). She was beyond rude to say the least, even shouting at me at one stage.
I'm not complaining about Chubb. I just felt the need to inform you about the people at your forefront, who are the first contact to your customers. People like Ntombi will drag your company name down the drain, and all for nothing. I was just calling for a simple accounts inquiry, and she brought out her ill attitude on me. People like her don't deserve her job.
There are many unemployed people out there who would be glad to greet a customer with a smile.
