I phoned ABSA Home Insurance over a month ago to log an insurance claim regarding my wall that got damaged due to wind. They sent someone out to take photo's and that's the last I ever heard from them. I've phoned them back multiple times and they keep telling me someone will phone me back which they don't.
I spoke a manager (Andre Joseph) today who said he would phone me back within half an hour... 2 hours later and I'm still waiting. This is completely shocking service and I will definitely be leaving.
