My home loan is 3 months in arrears. I called the call center and tried to make an arrangement, to no avail. So FNB would rather take back my house instead of letting me resume payments and pay back the outstanding amount over the next 6 months. Amazing! And that after me being a loyal customer for years. Well thank you FNB, i will be closing all my accounts with you as soon as is possible. Thank you for really showing me how much you DON'T care!
