Okay - I've been sending my proof of residence and I/d copy to African bank and they keep ssaying they never received them. I'm really getting annoyed and irritated by this. Thery deactivate my credit card every time they feel they can. yeah sure FICA needs the docs but surely someone is a bit incompetent because I've been sending these documents and even went to the branch to submit. The last time I submitted thhis at Mabopane branch. Can someone competent please follow up with Mabopane branch to follows up on these docs? Don't have time to always send these docs. 3rdtime now and its irritating!!!
