My virgin money credit card expired in november 2012... when the credit card was about to expire I received a letter advising that i will have to wait before a new credit card is issued. I waited for about 3 months, no one called to advise if the new card would be issued or if i needed to forward any kyc documents before a reissue can be conducted. When i finally decided to call and enquire about my credit card... i was advised that i have to forward kyc documents to an email address, i did as i was told by the agent. the following week i had to call the call centre to check on the progress of the reissue. i was advised that the kyc documents forwarded were not acceptable and was advised to resend them, i did as i was told and sent the documents again... the correct docs... via email. i received a confirmation email that the docs were received... i waited for a call to advise when the credit card would be delivered but it never transpired. Again i had to call and enquire but now i was told to go to an ABSA branch to submit the documents. Apart from the poor service i had to endure at the Market Street branch, i was assured i'd get a call in 2 days. I still do not have my credit card today
