On 2 April 2013, I used my debit card to pay for groceries from Exclusive Food, Vincent, East London. There was an error report from the speedpoint, but the R120 was debited from my account, I received the icontact sms immediately.
The cashier assured me it would be reversed within 7 days. If not I should comeback to the shop with my bank statement. 0n 13 April, I got a copy of my bank statement from Hemmingways FNB. The transaction did not reflect. The lady at the bank printed one from the reserved funds and asked me to fill out a dispute form. Which I did. 10 days later, I still have not heard from FNB.
I called customer services, who seemed to not be able to pick up the dispute claim on the system and I was put through to disputes. I was on hold for 10 minutes, until I eventually hung up, without having spoken to anyone from disputes.
I JUST WANT THAT MONEY BACK!!
