FNB.How can they not help you!!!

I went to open a business account at FNB the Grove mall in Pretoria and the process was fine i filled in the forms and that was sorted out. The problem is that i have waited for three weeks (5 April-23 April) just to get my bank cards and when i called each week to find out when they would be arriving? I would be told by the receptionist that the bank wasn`t responsible for producing the cards. But surely you shouldn`t have to wait for three weeks to get a simple bank card even if your not the supplier of the card and furthermore if FNB was having a problem with their supplier the person that i dealt with, that being charles sibaya should be atleast giving me feedback to let me know that this is the problem, instead of not taking my calls and having the receptionist just pass the buck and brush me aside. If this is how FNB treats new clients then its fine don`t expect me to refer friends to you because your bad service would have a bad reflection of me.
