After giving my business banker explicit instruction to send cards to my closest branch, he failed to do so.
Card division then automatically sent it to Pretoria main post office. I was also not notified that the cards were available. It took me most of the day to navigate and wait through Standard bank call centre delays and then finally stood in a que at the post office to find out that the cards were returned to Standard Bank. 6 billable hours wasted and no valid cards to go on a long weekend with.
