Four months for Cards to be delivered

Hi There

I have taken out Medical aid with these people in november 2012 - it is now April 2013 and I still do not have my cards - this causes a problem trying to get into a doctors rooms if there is an emergency it just causes so much frustration.

I have been dealing with the call centre for over 3 weeks to get these couriered to me and it was promised that i would get my cards this week still. I called the call centre yet again today to get feedback and the cards are back at their offices and they do not know why. I mean seriously this is really frustrating now I have to wait till next week again, This is not rocket science how can it be so difficult for them to do a simple thing like get my medical aid card sent to me.

I would appreciate if someone senior can look into this problem and make sure it gets resolved.
