Hi i went to FNB Braamfontein on the 5th of April 2013 My account was frozen, they told me i had to upgrade my account, the process took about 3 Days (without access to my account) and then after that they told me they did not have cards available and that i must come back after 4 days, i went back and then they told me that my card was not ordered and i have to wait again and that i will be contacted by sms, even now i still don't have my new card, i don't know whats going on it has been more than "TWO WEEKS" i am even Thinking of Moving to another Bank because of the bad service that i am getting.
