After three weeks of waiting for my car to be repaired of which I have been promised every now and then that I will get my car of which I did not, I spoke to Johanna from FFW and she understood me and even went an extra mile to making sure that my problem is solved. I did not have a courtesy car and it did not eve take 2 her hours to make sure that I get one. I am now driving my courtesy car and waiting for my car to be fixed hopefully I will get it by the end of the week. So far first for women is the best insurance one can get. :-)
