I sent secure messages to release funds from my 32 days notice o the 7 march 2013, then I sent an email but I've been receiving the same reply that they will get back to me. I then called the call centre which transferred my calls to Arcadia branch but I was on the line for more than 50min without any answer. I then wrote to standard bank Facebook page inbox, they arranged for someone to call me back but when she transferred my call no one answered.. Till today I didn't receive my money and I need it for my house deposit... I'm out of the Country, I can't go to my branch.
I still have copies of all the correspondence.
