Wish i could get this sorted out

I wish someone could phone me back and sort out my claim without the phone being cut off. Worst of all in the middle of registering a claim - the consultant has all my details but would not take the initiative to phone me back. and this is not the first time this has happened. I really wish i can get this sorted out once and for all.
