My phone was stollen in January 2013.After a long struggle I managed to get hold of marcus pretorious and he told me the documents that I needed to submit my claim which I done. I then emailed all the documents to him and he told me that my claim will be sorted out in 14 working days and six months later my claim has not been sorted out. I have not received a single phone call from fnb or am email from him. I very dissapointed in the service that im getting from fnb.
