This company's entire way of operating is just pathetic, they say they are having problems with their debiting system, for how many months have you people had this problem now? Also this is a UK based company, well then I suggest you people come to South Africa and check that your company is running properly, BECAUSE CURRENTLY ITS NOT!!! From start to finish this company is a nightmare!! Thank you to Blake collections for being the most helpful part of this company. It is NOT my responsibility as the client "to go on line and pay" if the debit order did not go off, OBVIOUSLY I have selected debit order because its more convenient. There are so many complaints about the same thing, I suggest you people get your acts together and stop stuffing people around, as much as you want our money and want us to pay YOU back you guys also need to pull your sides together and keep your promises / arrangements. Your service delivery all round!
