Miway claims department the worst

I tried calling miway multiple times for registering of claim.amazingly I received bad service since start of the claim.
Claim centre drops my calls for four times I had to load R55 airtime twice. Till now my claim hasn't been registered.
How do people have a private chat while a client is online that is worst customer service. Maybe insurance ombudsman should do check all call centre
