I phoned in February to sort out a claim that was not paid. The claim is for blood test that happened in hospital and all that is covered by my scheme.
I phoned in February and the consultant assured me that the claim was send for processing and will be paid.
now 2 months later the account is still not paid and i have been handed over to ITC.
Please can someone contact me in regards to the claim on the 22/10/2012 and tell me why dis has not been sorted out
