I reported a car damage to the insurance for BMW 116i, just bought the Car in november, i was suprised when my claim was declined because of certain conditions that were pulled unfairly on me, the damage amounted to R5000 and the access was supposed to be R3000, i was told that the insurance is not going to pay because i m making the claim within 90days and there is R5000 penalty which was not mention when i accepted the insurance, they did play me the recording but not the full recording because they have modified the recording to robb people. I asked them what will happen if i fix the car and would need the courtesy car, they also declined me the courtesy ca
