I have taken a smart phone, for 24 months. Taken it around April last year, I missed couple of payments (I can say 3 to be precise).
On the 11.03.2013 FNB creates an account showing a negative account for the smart phone. Outstanding balance of R2136. pay the full amount between the 03.04.2013 and the 08.04.2013. Further to that, I get a call from your attornies (Maharaj Attorneys). I tell them that I have paid up the account. And ask them to ask you (FNB) to provide them with updated documents. They call me back again demanding that I give them a proof of payment. I tell them to come and confirm with you if I made the payment. As far as I am concerned you should be providing them with information when circumstances change. And did not know about them until they called me after I settled my account and I owe them no action, be it sending them a free PLEASE CALL ME!! The rude lady tells me "its your account and I will call you until you give me the document", I tell her no; Im not queeing in the bank for that! So they must get house in order and I can't do your work or theirs.
