Efer to the various sms's I have been receiving with different reference numbers. As far as I can recall I only had one outstanding loan with SA Multiloan. This was a loan amount of R6 500, 00 over 6 months made in November 2011. Therefore the sms quoting different reference numbers of 13551579, 13549652 and 13551182 is totaling confusing. The outstanding amounts for theses reference numbers are R3799.01, R6396.43 and R10 655.60 respectively. Kindly clarify the correct account and amount owing. In addition to this I wish to state the following. Since April 2012 I am still unemployed, and no longer have a house or car at the moment. I am currently living with family who are assisting us. Unable to resume with repayments, and would like assistance with a retrenchment insurance claim. Please advise in this regard.
