Account handed over to them in November 2012. SMS recieved and responded to telephonically, explained the situation to PHINDI, who said she would deal with the matter. Arrangements made with the doctor to finalise the account before the end of December which was fufilled. SMS recieved 20 Dec and responded to via a facsimile on the 21st of December notifying the attorneys of the completion of the account, and finilisation thereof and to contact me for finalisation. 4 months later in April 2013 a sms is sent with a reference, threating summons, and an account number. No contact numbers nor amounts. With the amount of happening, i was reluctant to respond and did a google search, without success.
Now not listed, when i did find a contact number i reached Jacoba who is totally unprofessional, unreasonable, sarcastic and downright rude. no accounts have been sent out and i have no idea what is outstanding nor for what.
The only correspondence recieved from the attorneys is on the 27-11-2012 stating an amount of R35.71 which i offered to gladly pay.
I was told by Jacoba that it is my responsiblity to contact them and find out what is outstanding??
