OUTsurance: I log a claim as i am in a motor bike accident in the rain. Then they request all the vehicle documents as well as change of ownership documents be couriered to them. I do so. I am then informed that there is a problem with the documents and I must resubmit them. I do so at a further cost to me to get them to OUTsurance. I am assured by the claims adviser Tukedi Pitsi that they would finish processing my claim and i would be paid out. I am now told that even though I have met all requests that have been made of me they will not be paying me out even though i no longer have any legal claim to the motorbike as they have not collected the bike from the mechanic yet. this is a Fault on OUTsurances side, not anything I have done. Outsurance is always happy to take my premiums but when I actually need to claim they are not willing to pay me out. I am Beyond furious. on top of this the adviser Tukedi Pitsi is completely unavailable and her manager Khabelo is unwilling to try and expedite matters.
