About three weeks our home geyser burst. We immediately called Outsurance as we are covered through them through our bond. They were fast, sent out assessor, who gave the go ahead, the carpenter, was sent to remove the cupboards, but after confirming after a week, that they dont even make the geysers under the sink anymore, we must put it into our ceiling, agreed, they took another 3 days, as they now had to put the pipes in our wall. So now after three weeks, and endless hassles and stories from outsurance I have a geyser that doesnt even work properly, the water doesnt flow, we have a wall that's plastering looks horrendous, and a cupboard with no cupboards, it's just been a story from outsurance, with this and that, every second day It's winter, i have 2 children, and having to inconvience others to bath, a phone bill so high, cause I have to follow up each time, as to what is going to happen next, after I already paid my excess, A process which generally takes 2 -3 days, has now taken us on about 3 weeks. Their BEND OVER backwords, AD campaign is horrendous, and a, cause they certainly have not BENT over backwords for us, I think i have been more than patient! ANGRY
