Thank you very much for helping me during my time of desperation. The time when I really needed a compassionate, caring and understanding person to attend to my query. I have been unfairly treated by your company and blacklisted for an account that I have not used. I had to pay the account because the complaint that I locked in 2006 did not go anywhere and I needed to get this over and done with. Thank for listening when I desparently needed the settlement letter after being sent from pillar to post.
